Hermit Trail

Duration: 4 Days

Difficulty: Take your Grand Canyon experience to the next level…after hiking the maintained trails, now it’s time to experience the ‘threshold’ trails and unmaintained paths outside the central corridor! If you have previous backpacking experience or previous Grand Canyon experience, this hike might be perfect for you. The Hermit Trail is a rough trail which descends through a large side canyon before entering into the inner canyon along the Colorado River. We camp at beautiful sandy beaches along the edge of the river and explore hidden inner canyon treasures!
