Difficulty: The Tanner and Beamer trails are for hikers with experience and a head for heights. The Tanner Trail follows a very different type of trail into the inner canyon, where we receive expansive views and a wide open feeling as we descend lower. This trail is steep and challenging! Once we reach our beach campground along the Colorado, our trip is only halfway complete-rise to the occasion and day-hike with us the extra 19 miles round-trip to the unbelievable beauty of the confluence of the Colorado and Little Colorado Rivers. This unforgettable trip will challenge you, but you’ll remember it forever!
